With brilliant batting by Rizwan and Babar

In the second match of the 7-match T20 series, Pakistan achieved the mountain-like target of 200 runs by England by batting brilliantly.

Thanks to the brilliant innings of Babar and Rizwan, Pakistan achieved the target of 200 runs in the last over and won against England by 10 wickets and leveled the series at one.

Babar Azam scored 110 runs and Rizwan remained unbeaten with 88 runs.

Babar Azam became the first Pakistani to score two centuries in T20 Internationals. Before that, he played an innings of 122 runs against South Africa in 2021. Babar Azam also holds the record for most fifties for Pakistan.

Apart from this, Babar also became the captain with the most international centuries for Pakistan, with 10 centuries as a captain, while Inzamam-ul-Haq is second on the list with 9 centuries.

England captain Moeen Ali won the toss and preferred to bat first in the match played at National Stadium Karachi.

One change was made in the teams, Naseem Shah was replaced by Muhammad Hasnain in the Pakistan team, while Liam Dawson was replaced by Richard Gleeson in the English team.

England's innings

England got off to a good start against Pakistan, a 42-run partnership was established between the two openers, but then Alex Hales scored 26 off 21 balls and was bowled by Dhani.

England suffered their second loss at a total score of 42, David Mullan was bowled by Dhani in the first ball. Pakistan got their third win in the form of Phil Salt, who returned to the pavilion after scoring 30 runs off 27 balls. Ben Duckett scored 43 and Harry Brooke scored 31 runs.

However, in the final overs, captain Moeen Ali played an aggressive innings and took the team's score to 199 in the stipulated 20 overs, he remained not out by scoring 55 runs off 23 balls.

On behalf of Pakistan, Shahnawaz Dhani and Haris Rauf took 2 and 2 wickets respectively while Muhammad Hasnain proved to be the most expensive bowler, he conceded 51 runs without any wicket in 4 overs.

It should be noted that today with the victory of Pakistan, the series was tied at one, in the first match, the English team won by 6 wickets against the green shirts.

It should be noted that four matches of the series of 7 T20 matches will be held in Karachi and three in Lahore.

England team captain Jos Buttler will not be able to participate in the matches in Karachi due to injury, while Moin Ali will take over the captaincy duties.
